Mounika is a passionate educator who strongly believes in the magic of quality early childhood education. She started her career as a software engineer but quickly realised that her heart lies elsewhere. She ventured into education with the Teach For India Fellowship, teaching at the grassroots level. Post that she worked with multiple non-profits and education startups in curriculum creation and teacher training. During this time she witnessed the lasting impact of appropriate care and education during a child’s early years. Mounika has started Mridu to bring the best early years education practices to the children in her school.
